INGREDIENTS
Rosetta red rice (55%), peeled chickpeas, red adzuki beans, borlotti beans, black beans, peeled peas, peeled brown, yellow and red lentils.
COOKING TIME
50 – 60 minutes
PREPARATION
Bring approx. 2.5 l of water or vegetable broth to the boil in a pot, pour in the contents and cook over low heat, season with salt and oil. It is recommended to rinse thoroughly with cold water before cooking. Soaking is not necessary.
