Passata di Pomodoro and Basilico

Description

The “Scarpon” Passata di Pomodoro e Basilico is made exclusively with ingredients from their garden.

The tomatoes, harvested between July and September, are left to rest for a day when they have reached a high degree of ripeness before being processed with careful craftsmanship.

Passata is ideal for quick sauces to which only extra virgin olive oil is added.
