Tarragon Pralines.

These delightful treats feature a creamy white chocolate center delicately infused with the unique flavor of estregone, encased in a smooth milk chocolate shell and finished with a rich dark chocolate coating.

The products of the Scarpon family business are entirely handmade. Only local Venetian ingredients of the highest quality are used. Particular attention is paid to regional varieties and fruits that are rarely available.

INGREDIENTS

Coverage: Dark couverture chocolate (Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa Min. 55%), Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass. Emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa in 30%).

Filling: White chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa min 22%), semi-skimmed milk, tarragon liquor 7%, dextrose, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, invert sugar, Vanilla alcohol.

Allergens: May contain traces of hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, sesame.
