Description

This Prosecco Extra Brut appears crystalline, straw yellow in color, the perlage in the glass is fine and persistent.

It exudes fruity notes of apple, pear and white peach, combined with floral hints of orange blossom and jasmine, framed by light mineral sensations.
Am On the palate it is dry with a pleasant freshness reminiscent of drinking, the bubbles are again fine and delicate. The wine is balanced with a nice final persistence.

Due to its freshness and minerality, it goes well with classic seafood, fatty fish and white meat.
