Rice Vinegar

Description

Melotti rice vinegar is obtained through the fermentation of Vialone Nano rice and is rich in vitamins and important nutrients.
A valuable light ally without sacrificing taste: it is fat-free. Melotti rice vinegar contains a good dose of B vitamins and various mineral salts such as potassium, calcium, manganese, iron and magnesium.
Our immune system also benefits from its use: when combined with healthy foods, it is an important antiseptic.
