“The jar contains all the necessary ingredients, Vialone Nano rice, vegetables for broth and spices to prepare your risotto quickly and without preparation. The Vialone Nano variety is ideal for preparing risottos as it releases plenty of starch and flavor when cooked which absorbs spices in abundance. The vegetables used are a tasty and fresh product that are dried at low temperatures to improve their organoleptic and nutritional properties.
No added salt, no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors.

PREPARATION OF SAFFRON
Place the stigmas in a coffee cup with a little cooking broth or water, hot but not boiling; cover and let steep for at least 2 hours; After cooking, add the contents of the cup to the rice with the heat turned off
PREPARATION
Bring 800 ml of salt water or stock to the boil, pour in the contents of the glass, stir, cover and simmer for 12-13 minutes. With the heat off, add the previously infused saffron, stir in a piece of butter and the Grana Padano cheese.
The risotto is ready to serve!
