This rice flour for polenta is the result of processing our Vialone Nano rice in a stone mill. In just 15 minutes of cooking, thanks to the mere presence of rice, it is possible to taste a delicate and light dish. It is a genuine product thanks to the artisanal manufacturing process that allows it to maintain its nutritional properties.
INGREDIENTS
Vialone Nano rice flour for polenta
PREPARATION
Bring a liter of water to the boil, add 160 g of rice polenta and stir constantly for 12/15 minutes. Add a spoonful of olive oil and some chopped rosemary or basil, if desired.
STORAGE
Store cool (4° – 17°) and dry
